Block O-Ring Groove Cleaner is an easy to use solvent to remove oil and grime from engine blocks, crankshafts, pistons, connecting rods, bolts and fasteners. Removes oil coatings and residue left behind after an engine has been rebuilt. Works great on all internal parts including water pump parts, valves and seats. Removes surface rust from exhaust manifolds and heads.

Block O-Ring groove cleaner helps to remove organic and inorganic material that has been trapped in O-ring grooves.

The Block O-Ring Groove Cleaner was designed to blast out stubborn grooves and rings that develop in o-ring grooves. When installed in a drill, the tool’s aggressive nylon bristles will scrape away buildup in the groove, returning it to pristine condition

The Block o-ring groove cleaner was designed to remove dirt and debris from block, cartridge and piston rings in a quick, easy and effective manner without damaging the rings. It is made from a light weight material, will not rust and can be cleaned with soap and water. The unit has all stainless steel threaded fittings.

Clean the grooves of O-Rings or block rings with BRUSH SR BS10SJD. The dimensions are designed to meet the requirement and the ridges of O-ring groove. Use it with 100% silicone block rings, such as: BK37; BL6; BU9; BR31BK; BR31BL; which have a groove. It is fully compatible with JG KSV series chuck system and other equipments which use backup rings.
