Our new DCS system has a premium burner control system with a DDS sensor. This technology communicates with our DCS grills allowing them to electronically monitor and control their burners' outputs based on the grill's pre-set temperature. They remain on at the set temperature until there is an under-fire condition, eliminating cold spots and hot spots. The end result is a perfectly even cooking surface every time.

The E-2412 series of convection ovens has an electronic ignition system that can be used with either gas or electric ignition sources. These ovens offer the same space saving design with the addition of two more baking racks. The easy access lid provides excellent access to the oven chamber for loading and unloading of supplies. The exclusive flap damper allows the operator to more easily control the temperature in the oven cavity while providing 100% air sealing.
