The VS3000 is an electronic low pressure mixing control board for boilers with a maximum input of 30,000 BTU/hr.

The mixing control board in this boiler is a two-speed (low and high) mixing control board. The mixing control board allows the burner output to be directly controlled by the main circuit board (MCB). The Circuit Board (MCB) provides power to the Gas Valve and controls the Ignition Module. The MCB also contains a safety feature which will automatically reset itself after a power outage.

Easy, simple to operate microprocessor-based controls for accurate temperature and fast heat up times. Staged operation, multiple set points and a pump down cycle allow the unit to be run "hands free." Suitcase style enclosure allows for easy access to wiring. Large probe port allows control of probes through a protective sheath.

The VZ3000 is a high performance 3-Way Rocker Switch that provides for multiple wiring configurations. The circulator/boiler application allows for all three switches to be used in the L1, L2, or LO position for applications requiring circulating temperature control for the boiler return water and line heat.
