The Honeywell 20k ohm NTC immersion temperature sensor is designed to sense the temperature in liquids such as water, oil and other fluids. The immersion sensor is designed for use with thermowells and sheathed thermowells.

The Honeywell TR358 NTC Thermister has a 20k Ohm resistance at 25°C. This sensor's high accuracy and stability makes it suitable for a variety of temperature monitoring and control applications, including thermostats, temperature monitors, and indicators. The Honeywell TR358 requires a sensing element with an immersion length of between 1/16" and 1/2" and accurately measures temperatures from -20°C to 100°C (-4°F to 212°F). The solder terminals are spaced 2.54mm (0.100") and accept 18-22AWG wires.

An Immersion temperature sensor is comprised of a stainless steel wire or rod that is used to measure process temperature. The service part number of this device is an  NTC thermistor that is normally much too large to mount in equipment. This process sensor kit consists of a two lead detachable connector and mounting brace that allows the NTC to be mounted in any convenient location in the pipework under test.

The Honeywell ImmerSire is a self-contained immersion temperature sensor with integral transmitter and long-life battery. The single-wire flexible probe eliminates the need for additional wire in hard to reach locations. All other system components, including a 20m cable, terminal boards and batteries are enclosed in a rugged high impact polycarbonate case, packaged within an easy to mount wall bracket.The ImmerSire high temperature NTC sensor is designed to withstand continuous immersion in hot water and/or steam up to 210 degrees C (410 degrees F)/100 degrees C (212 degrees F).

The NTC20K thermistor is a temperature sensor that measures the temperature of the product being monitored. It can be completely immersed or installed into a bulk tank to give the correct product temperature without any exposure to air. The sensor can withstand high temperatures up to 85°C and can be used in acidic or alkaline liquids.
