This Programmed CPM board can be reprogrammed to work with other heating systems as well that match the specifications provided on the instruction manual.

The Carrier 00PSG000469000A Programmed CPM Board is an easy-to-install add-on board that provides user-friendly operation and control of the air distribution system. This Programmable Common Pressure Module features 2 inputs (hot water line temperature and dry bulb air temperature) for setpoint temperature control, and also includes humidity and coil freeze algorithms. An A/C dehumidifier and a frost protection function are standard with the unit. The module also allows selection of up to 4 accessory functions (fan speed, defrost, etc.) which can be assigned to any or all of the 8 outputs

The programmed CPM board can program ACTIVE IEC-61131-3 control statements executable via sequential function charts, ladder logic, structured text and function block diagrams. The board can be used for machine control via a universal serial bus (USB) connection to a PC running the Visual Programming Software provided. More than 20 activities have been preprogrammed into the board. Rules established in the software can be looped to generate an infinite number of new activities with appropriate control strategies.
