The Carrier 323269-704 BURNER ORIFICES FOR LP is manufactured by Carrier. The Carrier 323269-704 BURNER ORIFICES FOR LP is used to control the output of LP gas–fired equipment, and by-pass the pilot when ignited. It also provides ignition for gas sparks that may be used for heating or ignition of gas-fired equipment.

The Burner Orifices for LP from Carrier is designed to replace existing orifices. The Carrier Orifice For LP Burner

These burners orifices are for use with a natural gas or liquid propane (LP) BBQ grill. The design is to provide sufficient flame intensity to cook efficiently on gas BBQ grills.

This new orifice for LP uses less heat and fuel while offering improved efficiency. Orifices are located at the venturi end of the burner tube. The 0.030 in. diameter orifice controls the air flow to the pilot flame, ensuring complete combustion and reducing the formation of carbon monoxide and unburned hydrocarbons. This model has a 1/8 NPT (female) connection which fits most gas hoses that have 1/8 NPT female ends

The orifices provide slightly larger openings for increased natural gas airflow to each burner.

The gas grill burner orifice for propane models is located in the corner of the burner box. It controls the fuel flow to each burner and each orifice should be checked annually to assure proper fuel flow.
