The Steam Canister (part# 8105) and it's O-ring is a common replacement part for many brands of central vacuum systems. It is also known by part numbers 078045, 133072, 5602250, 9G6799, 9G6814, 940167-2 and 810505.

This genuine Carrier replacement steam canister and O-ring kit is for VRV, PAC systems, and other compatible systems. Helps in the prevention of water damage due to a leaking steam canister. Requires use of a high temperature silicone sealant (sold separately) when installing.

The Carrier 8045HUM is a 1.0 CFM, 115 V Steam Humidifier. The part number for the steamer canister circulator motor is 806650-00, which is used in some humidifiers from March 2007 through December 2008. The steam canister circulator motor is used to move water through the evaporator fins creating steam vapor. The steam canister and O-ring are located at the bottom of the humidifier tank below the evaporator plate, and are usually not seen. When these parts become worn out or broken, the user will hear a hissing or gurgling
