This Carrier Furnace Blower Motor and Module for Ductless Systems replaces the original Carrier 1/2 - 1/3 HP blower motor part number HD44AE156. The replacement motor is approximately 50% quieter than the original blower. PLEASE NOTE: The blower is rated for use with a Carrier air conditioner or heat pump that has a two speed compressor already installed. The blower will not work with a two speed ready system.

In addition, this motor boasts a carbon steel shaft with sealed ball bearings for quiet and smooth performance of the motor itself. An integrated pressure switch senses when the blower door is blocked and protects the system from damage by stopping the motor.

Designed to replace a 1/2 or 1/3 HP furnace blower, this aftermarket motor will provide years of reliable service. All motors are shipped complete with pre-wound, permanent split capacitor motors installed, and both low and high voltage wiring. A hard wired power cord and plug are included.
