The Carrier 290F M/R SPST ROLLOUT SWITCH serves to switch or select the desired mode of operation for the unit and features a double pole rocker switch in a lockout for common uses such as manual, on-off, and automatic.

This Carrier 298730 290F M/R SPST ROLLOUT SWITCH operates less than 10A at 120VAC when in lockout position and switches 10A at 277VAC.

The Carrier 298730 HH18HA490 290F M/R SPST ROLLOUT SWITCH is a direct replacement for old or broken rollouts. This relay is used to power ceiling fan motors when the wall switch is engaged.

The 290F Series M/R Rollout Switches provide forced air cooling without the need for fans. Pressure switch incorporates a replaceable, stainless steel seat for long service life. Switch housing is manufactured from heavy walled high impact plastic (HIHIP). Six and eight foot switches are UL listed and CSA certified to ANSI/UL STD. No.493-C and ANSI/UL STD. No.3112, Class 2, Divisions 1 & 2 respectively.
