Comfort Alert Module

The Comfort Alert module is designed to help alert you when your system is malfunctioning. If your system does fail it will send a signal to the Carrier HK60EC002 Bryant/ Comfort Alert Module, which will in turn send you a text message or email depending on which option you choose.

This module will allow Carrier's HK series, Bryant or Payne brand single stage gas furnaces to communicate with the Carrier Comfort Network. Specifically, this module has a built-in 2-wire system (ISE ZW2) that transmits status or fault information from the furnace to the central control in a Carrier network. The Comfort Alert Module senses two separate variables: Stage and High Pressure Switch. It provides reverse power protection and reduced installation costs due to its field-configurable design.
