RELAY TIME DELAY
RELAY TIME DELAY (0 TO 60 SECONDS) - The Rocker SWITCH No. 299356 TIMER RELAY SWITCH, will time delay the air conditioner between 0 to 60 seconds. When the air conditioner is in the ON position and the timer is turned ON, extra heating will keep the temperature of the room constant for a period of time up to 60 seconds.
Relay time delay ranges from 1 minute to 24 hours. Selections are in 1 minute increments from 1 to 9 minutes and 10 to 24 hours.
The Carrier 299356 Aftermarket Furnace Sequencer is a time delay relay. It has four configurations: ON/OFF or two timed off periods with a single timed on period. This model requires coil power of 24 Volts , 10 Watts and has a current hold and freewheel feature that allows the user to disable the unit from activating for a set amount of time after it was initially activated.
The Carrier 299356 (3T49017) is an after-market replacement furnace sequencer timer relay switch that is a 24 volt coil. It is used with Carrier furnaces along with many other brands.
The Carrier 299356 Furnace Sequenser Timer Relay Switch 24 Volt Coil is built to last. It can be used to delay the furnace's main burner from coming on for a set period of time. You can then use it for allowing the furnace to come on, and then off again, which allows for the temperature controlled supply vents that are separate from the main burner to function sooner with a higher temperature before the main burner turns on. And then you can let the main burner turn on again later, which helps regulate the home's temperature more evenly throughout all rooms in your house.
