The Carrier KH43LZ038 FILTER DRIER is an easy to install and easy to maintain piece of equipment that is designed as a replacement for the original unit.

The Carrier® Filter Drier is manufactured to Carrier's stringent quality standards, using the best components available. We offer replacement filter driers for all Carrier air conditioning systems and furnaces (Heat Pumps / Gas Packages are NOT compatible with this part.)

The Carrier Filter-Drier in line, refrigerant condensate filter drier prevents water and moisture from entering the system. The filter drier is a self-contained unit containing separate chambers, one for water and air separation, and the other for providing a mechanism to remove water vapor. Because the filter drier is usually located indoors within a service connection piping run to the outdoor unit, it should be accessible for servicing. The Carrier Filter-Drier provides proper safety relief for refrigerant oil contained within the product (filter drier).
