CARRIER ELECTRODE ASSEMBLY

This Electrode Assembly from Carrier is suitable for use with the LH680512 and LH680H12 gas furnaces.

The Carrier LH680512 LH680512 Electrodeless Electrode Assembly is responsible for converting the 230-volt line voltage to the 46 volts that are required by many gas furnaces (purchased after 1992). The electrode assembly contains two electrodes (one positive and one negative) which are attached to a central metal plate with epoxy. This product must be replaced if faulty, or you can elect to replace only the electrodes. Carrier recommends having this unit replaced by a licensed HVAC technician.
