The Caster, Plate (4, w/Brk) for Ultra Fryer by Middleby Marshall is a plate designed for Middleby Marshall Ultrafryer models.

This caster, plate assembly includes four casters (including the brake), a plate, lock nut and bolts for use on the Ultralytic Ultra Fryer model.

The QUALITY OFFICE PRODUCTS is the right caster plate for the Roper Ultra Fryer (28015), for easy mobility.

Casters, Plate and Brake is 4" diam. x 1-1/4"H

The caster plate is the roller on which the UltraFryer rests. This plate is pre-assembled to the UltraFryer and helps keep the fryer level during use.

Attach the four casters to your Ultra Frypot and roll it to where you need it. Stainless steel swivel wheels.

Fits all Ultra Frier, Ultra Frier Pro (28010 / 28015 / 28020), Ultra Fryer (28024 / 28021) models
