The 5593 CENTER DEFLECTOR PANEL is a genuine replacement part for Blodgett models CB6-12, CB10-12, and CB16-12. This item measures 28 1/4 inches wide and 10 3/8 inches high.

The new Center Deflector Panel is a great addition and accessory for the Blodgett Big-Gun pizza oven. The Center Deflector Panel attaches to the sides of your oven with stainless steel screws and washers (2 screws per panel side) and has adjustable openings on all 4 sides to adjust airflow to the desired level which in turn allows you to bake pizza at temperatures ranging from 550°-700°.

This center deflector panel is manufactured to fit Blodgett and Trutone models. Please call to order one-piece drip trays or other non-deflector items.

Blodgett's Centered Deflector Panel is available for certain models of Blodgett Ovens.
