Our new Ceramic Sealing Tray & Sealer, designed for use with the RedFrost or BlackStone models, allows you to prepare one side of your cooking surface and then seal it in place. The resulting "nonstick" cooking surface is convenient for cooking foods like fish that may fall apart easily if turned during the final cooking stage. A removable stainless steel drip tray at the bottom allows fluid to flow underneath so no mess is left on the countertop.

The Amana ® Ceramic Tray and Sealer bakes foods with hot air instead of a heating element. It is well-suited for cooking rolls or casseroles. The slow-cooking method makes food more flavorful, moist, and tender. The sealed tray retains moisture and flavor. The heavy-duty aluminum foil tray can be used to bake rolls, breads, and sweet treats in the oven or microwave.

The Amana 282090 ceramic tray and sealer features (1) 12" x 18-1/2" x 2" tray, (1) 12" x 14-1/2" x 1-3/4 "tray, (2) clips, and (1) carrying case.
