The Chain & Turnbuckle holds the arms in place for easier handling. To adjust the length of the arm, use the Chain & Turnbuckle. Cut to desired length and re-attach to Center Bar. Some assembly required. Not designed for Foldable Montague's or Ransomes with Arms!
