The F-14720 positive check valve is rated for 100 psi @ 125° F, and should not be used to stop back flow from a pump. In this application, a 1-way check valve part # F-14720 should be used. The 1-Way check valve kit includes the 1-Way Check Valve and a 40 ft. of 3/4" I.D. x 5/8" O.D. PVC tubing with a 1/2" I.D., Total Length 4', Pumping Rate 30 GPM at 90 PSI .
