The Cla-Val 9169805A "Repair Kit for 2

The CA-2 Repar Kit is designed to repair any of the following 2 inch valves: 2" Cla-Val, 2" Red Jacket and 2" Hydroair

The Cla-Val Valve Repair Kit for 2" valves is designed to handle approximately 3,200 psi (200 bar) with 11/2" (38.1 mm) ports and features teflon packing in the stem. The seal is TFE (tetrafluoroethylene) elastomeric material. It also has two O-rings for the body of the valve plus an O-ring for the hand wheel housing which is included with lever type valve handles.

This is a complete 2" gate valve repair kit. This kit contains 1 pawl, 1 washer and 1 locknut. ** Note: Valve is not included.

This repair kit is a replacement for 2" butterfly valves like the Cla-Val 9169805A and includes all the stainless steel parts that make up the ball and seat assembly in addition to the plastic shaft bushing. It can be used for a 1/2" NPT port, but it is made for a 2" NPT port.
