This SwitchSet is packed with features. It can control the transfer of electrical power up to 6 amps and quickly block leakage currents (less than 1 mA) that are caused by small voltage variations in motors, transformers and other equipment that would otherwise discharge through the grounding system and create electrical noise. The DFS-221-347 has 3 SPST NO contacts. When the dial is moved clockwise toward the ON position, current flows through the normally closed (NC) contacts for approximately 0.5 second (see figure 1 « ).
