The CMC PL65HS Series hydraulic jack plate allows for high speed operation while maintaining a small footprint. To enhance these features, the CHIP MCCORMICK 6216884 T-H Marine jack plate is a clear housing with fewer parts. The reduced casing gives the caster smooth steering and an increased space allowance.

The CMC Hydraulic Jack Plate is designed for use with all MCCORMICK and most competitor brand hydraulic jacks. It consists of a hardened alloy steel cylinder with precision ground bores. There are two versions of the CMC PL65HS available, one supplied with a quick release cam pin and the other supplied without. These plates are used in conjunction with your existing jack plate and like conventional jack plates, only come into contact with the jack when it is fully compressed. They are very easy to install but benefit from professional installation if you are unfamiliar with the process.

The CMC-PL65HS Hydraulic Jack Plate is designed to be a more user freindly, accessable and reliable jack plate when compared to its predecessors. The PL65H was developed as a result of an urgent need to improve personnel safety while working in confined spaces such as bridge and accommodation maintenance. The new machine design is also lighter (31Kg) than the previous 50Kg model and only requires a single hydraulic hose connection.

When under load, the PL65HS Hydraulic Jack Plate shrouds the entire drive train to allow correct positioning on the machine. The CMC Plate maintains the large hydraulic skates at a consistent height over the driving surface without any feedback. This constant motion of the skates and plate together allows for maneuvering in any terrain.
