The GE APPLIANCES 441069 CONTACTOR;3P 30/40A 120V is designed to replace any 3 phase 120v contactor. With no minimum required number of poles. The main function of contactors is to act as a switch by opening or closing a circuit based on the AC electrical signal which runs through it.
