The CONTROL PROBE 20024EC is a thermocouple that can be used with the Cadco Infrared Burner Control Boards F06, F08, and F12.

The Cadco Control Probe 20024EC provides the operator with a means to sense the cooking temperature within the oil bath housing. The probe consists of a bimetal thermocouple junction which is used to transfer heat or cold from the cooking product into the probe. The information, conveyed by the thermocouple, is converted to an electric signal that operates an indicator light, located on the front panel of the control unit. The control probe is recommended for any Cadco unit that does not receive an electrical signal from the final product.

The Control Probe is used with Cadco under counter pizza oven and ranges. The Control Probe controls the oven temperature by sending information to the 210 or 350 series controller about how much heat is in the oven, what that heat is doing, which in turn allows the controller to send that information back to the probe. This two way communication provides precise kitchen cooking control from one simple unit.

Replace the control probe on your Cadco electric smoker with a genuine replacement from the manufacturer. The probe attaches to the controller and when it reaches a preset temperature, it causes the controller to cycle the blower. The control probe must be used with the complete thermostat/control assembly that comes with your smoker.

The P24-AB is a replacement control probe and is used with the Cadco Model 511-EC, 610-EC and 810-EC electric cookers.

The CONTROL PROBE is a simple, safe and economical way to time and control the cooking process of food in commercial deep fryers. This probe features a 100' long cord with male standard 26 gauge ASME plug on one end, and two female pin receptacles located about 18" from each other at the other end (no need to cut this cord).
