This controller has been tested for compatibility. You will receive 1 new Hoshizaki 3A3656-06 plus one probe. This controller is adjustable to deliver power from 1.1 to 10.4 Amps and has a resolution of 0.01 Amps (10 Watt). The probe is designed to be inserted 2.5" deep and is molded with a bend near the tip to help center the probe within the tank.
