The cooking basket for the Turbo Chef, is a mesh basket which measures 15 in diameter. It is made of PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene). This allows for easy cleanup and is the consistent choice when manufacturing pots and pans or any other kitchenware that uses Teflon.
