Potential Relay Kit

The Copeland Potential Relay Kit is designed for use on Copeland 47 Series and Copeland 57SX HVAC equipment. The kit includes a Frame, Limit Switch, Rocker Arm, Thermistor and wires that need to be connected to the control module. It also includes a protective plastic cover for the electrical connection and frame.

This kit includes a mounting base, terminal strip, wire nuts, wires, and instruction sheet for the Potential Relay assembly. The Potential Relay (Part #3ARR3KC7M5) is used on Copeland® dual-capacity, hermetic reciprocating compressors manufactured after January 2007.

The Potential Relay package is designed to replace your existing Standard 5 amp potential relay on a Copeland U12/4 air cooled underbarrel system. The standard relay provides 24-volt power to the potential valve included in the system.

The Potential Relay - 3ARR3KC7M5 accessory kit (includes plug and strap) replaces the existing relay in specific Copeland® brand refrigeration appliances.

These accessories kits provide a cost effective way to replace failed components in the refrigeration system. The Relay Kit consists of coil, fan/compressor protector and centrifugal contactor.  The Power Cord kit replaces a worn out or damaged cord set.
