An updated twist on a classic, the Eaton AN16DN0BB Cutler Hammer 3-Speed 240V 3P 3Ph Starter is for three phase high horsepower reciprocating compressors in construction, industrial or commercial applications. This model has nylon gearbox bushings for reduced noise and vibration, but will operate for short periods at temperatures up to 125°C. The starter features a 96% efficiency rating and has a solid state design that does not require brushes. It also includes an added feature of built-in electromagnetic protection against surges.
