This tissue holder attaches to two pivotal mounting assemblies that allow the holder to swivel from side to side. The pivot points on this pivotal tissue holder are 360-degree rotatable hinges. This component is fabricated primarily of galvanized steel in either painted or bright dipped coloring with a band of anodization coating at the attachment points.
