The Honeywell D146-M-1040 differential pressure regulator provides low-pressure protection of gas-fired appliances and machines in residential, commercial or industrial applications. The differential pressure regulator prevents motor burnout caused by high pressure conditions. This Honeywell differential pressure regulator has a range of 1 to 7 inches W.C.

The D146-M-1040 Differential Pressure Regulator has a 1.125" NPT port, stainless steel case, and is stamped for use with 4 to 16 ISO Class 150 - 158 oil.

The Honeywell D146-M-1040 differential pressure regulator attaches directly to your filter cage to provide filtered air at the same setpoint for every zone with no over dilution. Water resistant electronic components make this a long lasting component that will help keep your system running efficiently.

Pentek D146-M-1040 are pressure regulators with a large brass bonnet, 1/4" NPT male inlet connection and 1/4" NPT female outlet. The differential pressure valve is equipped with two concentric controls for setting up the differential pressure flow rate. Honeywell 1409 differs from conventional orifice plate designs, it is not necessary to make fine machined holes of jet for different flow rates.

The Honeywell 1409 D146-M-1040 Differential Pressure Regulator is designed for protection in industrial applications, commercial and residential applications. The sensor rotates 360 degrees to adapt to the angle of installation without affecting performance. The i4 Series automatically compensates for pressure changes due to altitude and operating temperature, minimizing unwanted spikes or drops in flow or pressure.

The Honeywell D146 Differential Pressure Regulator is used for maintaining a desired differential pressure across a relief valve. It consists of two pump sections, one each supplied by a pressure signal and relief valve from the process, with an output proportional to the difference between the two pressures.

The 1409 series differential pressure regulator is a direct plug-in replacement for the Honeywell 1405 & 1407 regulators. It has been redesigned to enhance performance, increase accuracy and improve respiration rate.
