MBT5250 TEMPERATURE SENSOR
Danfoss 084Z3031 MBT5250 TEMPERATURE SENSOR.
The Danfoss 084Z3031 MBT5250 TEMPERATURE SENSOR is a direct replacement for the following part number - F05L0003A1A.
The MBT5250 temperature sensor is a continuous monitoring device providing closed loop control of a heating system, electric immersion heater or air conditioning unit. It can either be used for simple on/off applications or more complex applications with multiple setpoints and controls.
The MBT5250 converts the temperature at its sensing tip into a 0 to 5 Volt DC voltage that is proportional to the temperature. It is designed for industrial environments and offers a wide input voltage range of 9V to 18V DC with excellent noise immunity.
The Danfoss MBT5250 temperature sensor is made of stainless steel and is designed for use with applications where moderate temperatures are to be measured. Wire leads are 3-pin nonmating, solderless terminal blocks.
Operating temperature for sensors... -13°F to 158°F (--20°C to 70°C). Designed for use with Danfoss 084Z0000 Series, Danfoss 088Z0000 Series, and other leading manufacturers' thermostats. The MBT5250 is a two-wire, solid-state sensor. The term "two-wire" means that the wires connect to the sensor as an open circuit (voltage neither side of the connection) or short circuit (voltage both sides). This eliminates the need for a power supply connection.
Danfoss temperature sensors: For increasing or decreasing the temperature in small increments, use MBT5250. The MBT/MBTK series (MBT5250) is a current dependent, proportional temperature sensor designed to measure and transmit the local temperature.
