The Defrost Timer for True refrigerators is specially designed to override the "automatic" timer, This new timer allows you to set the defrost timer to any setting between 1 - 24 hours. Replaces Part # 831794 on most current models of True refrigerators made since 2002

The Defrost Timer for True is designed for use with True model attic fans and features a 24-hour electronic timer that can be set to de-ice your attic fan at either given time intervals, or daily. The LED display shows the time remaining until the unit is to be turned on again. The Defrost Timer is ideal for use in unheated attics or crawl spaces where condensation often develops around the fan housing and wire connections, causing expensive damage to fans, wiring, surrounding insulation, and surrounding drywall.

Defrost Timer for True defrosts completely within 1 day or less. It is a time-saving device for the refrigerator defrosting cycle that comes with a factory installed timer and its installation is also a DIY (do it yourself).
