The combination of tempered glass, metal, and wood make the BC218U15A ball catch an attractive and functional detail on shower doors. Each catch features an antique nickel finish for an elegant, decorative effect. A ball on the end of the arm hooks over both sides of the track to securely lock it into place.
The BC218U15A is a 15A, 3/8" diameter ball catch with projection of 0.375", and overall projection of 0.49". The most common mortise locks made with these ball catches are Schlage, Ilco, EZ Set, Ward and Sargent. These ball catches will replace old and worn out ball catches with ease and quickness.
The Deltana ball catch is used as a stop for cabinet doors and as a termination device for drawer slides. The ball catch mounts on the inside frame of your cabinet and the mounting screw is exposed on the outside. The inside ball swivels on an axis and features a detent so it will remain in position and not unscrew.
