This Deltana PB985U15 Satin Nickel finish Pivot Base is used with our PH60 Pivot Hinge. It is constructed of corrosion resistant, heavy gauge steel and has an adjustable tension device for maximum floor anchorage and door stability.
The PB985U15 Pivot Base is designed for use with Deltana pivot hinge (PH60) and 16K Swing Door (SD16K1800) to provide level adjustment when making 90 degree turns in either direction. Each base is adjustable in one-half increments from 0 degrees to 45 degrees and will adjust in 15-degree increments when making 90 degree turns in either direction. The PB985U15 Satin Nickel Pivot Base is designed for use with PH60 Pivot Hinge
Designed for tile and stone floors. The PB985U15 Pivot Base (USA) has 1/2" od rod U-channel with permanently lubricated hinges. The PB985U26D Pivot Base (ID) has 3/8" od rod U-channel with permanently lubricated hinges.
The PB985U15 fits over the top of 4-1/8" to 5-1/4" door jambs and the Pivot Base PB985U26D mounts directly to a flat surface. The Pivot Base PB985U26D allows the door to rotate a full 360 degrees. Both bases have a mounting depth of 1-3/16".
This pivot base assembly is compatible with Deltana PH60, PH70 and PH80 series of pivots for solid wood and engineered floors. This is a satin nickel finish.
These rugged, versatile pivot bases are designed to act as an extension of the floor attachment. This enables the door to open wider for larger items, and enables you to pivot the door through greater angles. Use these durable pivot bases with Deltana's line of Pivot Hinges. The pivot base mounts directly to the hinge using four #10x3/4" flathead wood screws (not included). When mounting a pivot base on a pre-drilled hinge hole that is more than 3/8" from edge of mounting plate, you will need to use a 1-1/2" diameter filler washer
