The Deltana PB985U26D Pivot Base is designed to work with the PH60 Pivot Hinge. The base fits all Deltana table top or tabletop hinges. This mobile base allows your tabletop to pivot up without removing the hinges. A lightweight brass mechanism pivots your tabletops 90° forward and features adjustable stop collars for quick set up. It is typically used in conjunction with wall mounted table tops where you want to pivot the top 90° out from the wall with table base still attached.

The Deltana PB985U26D Pivot Base is ideal for tile and stone floors. The PB985U26 has black nylon bushings, while the DU086A-R2B uses nylon bronze bushings for heavy residential use.

The ideal choice for tile and stone floors, the PB985U26D is designed to work with  Deltana PH60 Pivot Hinge. With a 26" spread, the Deltana PB985U26D is conveniently compatible with several brands of popular pivot hinges. For this style, an alternating swing back device must be used. This Pivot Base will fit any door that has a thickness/size of 1-1/2" to 2-3/8".
