The Deltana SDL688U10B is a multi-point, adjustable latch that allows you to lock up to 3 doors. The four different point adjustment allows the door to be unlocked at various points, so that you can unlock one or two doors while keeping the other locked if needed. It is designed to work on double doors and replaces existing mortise locksets in most applications. This latch comes with four dummy keys for back-up copies.
