Our new EXTENDED LIP STRIKE-2 has a higher hinge design to assure a greater vertical distance, whereas the original system provided a lesser distance. It is more practical and useful for all customers to facilitate access from the top or bottom of height, width of extended lip doors of 2~4 meters height. The new improved system will offer customers a big door opening range, reasonable design and standard price.

Extended Lip Strike-2 (EL-2) is the newest model strike that was designed and developed by Deltan Enterprises Inc. (DEI). DEI engineers conducted a detailed analysis of the different types of debris that customers encountered in their facilities to determine if there was a way to develop a better strike without increasing its cost to the user. The Extended Lip Strike-2 incorporates an extended lip and angle to help keep debris from entering and accumulating inside the strike cabinet and on the crankshaft.

Our SPE200-10B 10" wide Extended Lip "Heavy Use" Strike Plate is designed to work with our Series 200 Door Assemblies for Intrusion/Fire (alarms) resistances.
