Flexane 80 Liquid provides an easy to use, single part cure that improves flexibility, strength and toughness in ABS and acrylic based formulations. It offers improved impact resistance over standard ABS formulations.

Flexane 80 liquid is the premium general purpose liquid rubber for fabricating masonite or lumber substructure, requiring an 80 minute minimum recommended cure time in the absence of heat at temperatures above 40 degrees F. Flexane 80 may also be used to fabricate parts requiring a higher modulus in conjunction with an accelerator.

Flexane 80 is a liquid rubber, available in two viscosity grades, 80US/170FGRC for general purpose applications and 160US/320FGRC for very high temperature bonding applications. Each grade is available in white or clear versions.   Also known as liquid urethane 80 flexane is a liquid room temperature curing urethane with an extended pot life of approximately 20 minutes. Flexane adheres to most common construction materials, including other polyurethanes and silicone resins.
