Our ULTRALITE PAD 36X48X3 is constructed of a semi-open celled foam with a cellular structure that's closed at the ends to provide maximum insulation. The lightweight material is then coated with our signature DiversiTech heat activated adhesive for added durability and color fastness.

The ULTRALITE PAD is durable under your heavy equipment. You won''t have to worry about punctures or tears for surfaces under the heaviest load. The Ultralite Concrete Equipment pad is a slip resistant,  impact resistant system specifically engineered for high traffic and heavy loads. With an improved pad design that includes a 10 flute statite drainage pattern in the top surface and a 5 flute design in the bottom surface, it features our patented venturi channels which channel air underneath the concrete to remove moisture and reduce dust.

This pad is stiffer than a Plysteel and lighter than a Featherweight. The low profile makes for easy storage of heavier equipment, but the cut-out tabs make it as comfortable as any other pad. The Ultralite sports a 1.5 mm thick PVC construction; the same laminate used in canoes and kayaks for added strength and durability. Industrial grade, UV protected, closed cell polyethylene foam is layered on each side for comfort with “closed cell” foam
