Our EL205DU Full Lip Strikes are made with the highest quality steel available and are designed for use with any type of door. They come complete with mounting screws and installation instructions and have a black rubber o-ring for a steady seal.

Don-Jo full lip strikes are used to protect the door edge from damage caused by the doorknob and/or latch when the door is closed.

Part of the Extended Lip EL Series, this full lip strike is made to match the 1-1/8" face frame. For optimal performance, fasten this strike with #6 flat head screws (38mm screws provided by every other 5" strike). Due to the length of this strike, most fences will need to be raised slightly in order to keep the bottom of the fence flush with the surface.
