Made in Italy, the Uniworld Doughhook replaces a 60 Quart mixer's paddle attachment. It is designed for mixing large quantities of heavy doughs. Especially useful for making breads and other bakery products at home, this spiral dough hook works on all 60 quart (60 L) mixers.

Cut dough smoothly and evenly with this Dough Hook from Uniworld, designed for use with mixers. It has a spiral design that helps to reduce mixing time and adding air bubbles into your mix while it kneads. The hooks are stainless steel for rugged durability and can be removed easily to clean.

This dough hook fits all machines with a 5-5/8" shaft. It comes with the white Uniworld spiral.
