This EASY SLICER - ADJUSTABLE is a manual meat slicer perfect for any deli, restaurant, sandwich shop or grocery store. Produce a consistent and even slices of lunch meats and cheeses in seconds thus allowing you more time to spend with your customers. The slicer features an adjustable thickness control for slicing ham over 1/8" thick and is compatible with the Nemco Easy Slicer 75500A universal mounting bracket to easily mount the unit to the table. Make easy work of your lunch meat slicing tasks!

This easy slider knife is adjustable and works on all compatible Nemco equipment. Our 55200AN cutter can use blades with 3/32" and 5/32" widths. These cutters are not built with the same blade holder as our standard cutters, but the blade holder can be changed out in 30 seconds.
