The EASY WEDGER is an optional replacement cutting board for the NEMCO 55550-8 Easy Chopper II food processor. The EASY WEDGER can be easily removed by sliding or tilting it out of the carriage or by lifting it out of the carriage. A precision machined groove in the front edge holds food securely back from the blade, allowing for easy cutting of doughs, pastry doughs, pizza dough, sliced breads, sandwiches, and many more foods. This product is manufactured in Canada with material sourced in the USA.

This standard configuration, Nemco 55550-8, wedge chips materials up to 3/8" thick. Made of heavy gauge, hardened steel with a baked enamel finish. The cutting platform is 6-1/2" wide x 6-1/2" long. Cleats on top surface of cuts edger for pinning or wedging sliced products to keep them in place while moving to conveyor belt.

With easy-to-change numbering plates, the Nemco 55550-8 comes with 8 cutting options that are ideal for foods being served at private events, banquets, and party platters. This three position cutter is an ideal addition to restaurants, hotels, bars, or any other food service location.
