The F1000-241 3/8-in. barbed flow control plug valve provides positive shut-off for commercial kitchens, restaurants, tug boats, at-sea oil rigs, and other vessels. The F1000 features brass constructoin with a Noryl gasket and stem to resist corrosion and withstand tough conditions.

This F-1000 Series 3/8" Universal Hydrant Plug features a high impact thermoplastic cap and stem to withstand water, weather and chemicals. It allows only the occupier to open the hydrant for fire fighting or maintenance without tools or special knowledge. The thermosetting phenolic base is rigidwill not sag under the weight of water. The phenolic stem insulates against cold ground temperatures that can cause premature freezing of valves under winter conditions. It has a life of 10 years on the job if properly maintained.

A 3/8 in. metal tube with a plastic tip, designed to be used with submersible pumps to initiate water flow for cleaning tanks, pipes, etc. Each plug is sealed to prevent short-circuits or leaks, and operates using an internal spring plunger containing a diaphragm. This plug meets the technical standards of the American National Standards Institute.

Our pliable, high-impact 3/8" sch. 80 PVC tubing is ideal for sch. 80 air and liquid applications. The tubing has a smooth interior bore to resist abrasion and comes in 5 standard lengths, as well as a full range of colors. You can also use it as a drain line for trench drains.
