Our 8" Spring for 3/32" ID Tubing helps reduce resistance in a heat tracing application. It also is a replacement spring for the Johnson Controls 850957-02 and 850955-02 thermostats.

These 8 inch springs are made for the Johnson Controls 3/32 inch wire size T4 . The springs are used with open belt type conveyors.

A superior 'E' core spring rated for 250 amps at 30,000 volts. Compatible with 3/32" diameter lead wires. Operating temperature range is -20 degrees to 220 degrees F (-30 to 105 degrees C).

The 7743 spring is designed for 3/32 in. (2.4 mm) diameter tubing; commonly used for residential window wells. Once compressed, spring force is 8 lbs. (35 Newtons) to 12 lbs. (54 Newtons). The 7743 allows vertical adjustment of 2-3/8 in. (60 mm). Other 7743 springs are available upon request; contact your local Johnson Controls representative for details.#

The 7743 spring has a force rating of 4.0 lbf/in. This delrin spring is for use on 3/32" tie pins. The spring is reinforced with fiberglass which will prevent any cracking during the forming process. A variety of uses include hair dryers, hair coloring machines, curling irons, small vacuum cleaners etc.
