The Schlage F170 Orbit Half Dummy is a knob that is used on interior doors. A dummy door knob is for looks only; it does not operate the latch and is not used to lock the door. The unit has a two-tone bright chrome finish, and comes with all necessary mounting hardware for ease of installation. It can be ordered in other styles and finishes as well, including Satin Nickel (F1040), Antique Brass (F1002),and Olde Bronze (F307ORB).

Schlage F170 Orbit dimple-style knob is ideal for use with Schlage high security locks. Includes: (one) sash installation kit (two) #10 bezel screws 12x2-1/2" (four) #6 x 1-1/4" pan head screws 8x3/8" (four) 3/16" shim washers (four) 5/16" shim washers and an instruction sheet.

This Schlage Orbit F170ORB625 knob is designed for use on the Schlage Lock model numbers listed below. This knob will also fit the following Schlage models if ordered without the latch mechanism. It will not fit if ordered to be used as the primary function of the door lock.
