The Schlage F40 Accent lever handle is designed to work with the F series trim and provides privacy between rooms. This handle all comes in an oil rubbed bronze finish that blends into most homes and offices. The 16080 latch is designed to be used with a 2 3/8" backset. Includes the 16080 latch, 10027 strike plate, and hardware for installation.
The F40 lever lock/ privacy lock has a satin nickel finish and features the 16080 latch rated for A/B Grades 2. This lock can be installed on either the left or right hand side of a door by removing the thumbturn and reinstalling with the "key" on either the inside or outside. The spindle hole is 2 3/8 inches in diameter. Schlage products will provide you with years of maintenance free use.
