The Honeywell 42464 2"" 100 Micron Water Filter with a 1"" adapter has been designed to fit in place of your existing sink water filter to give you cleaner and better tasting water. This replaces the filters in the following homes:

Replacement 2-inch water filter. The HCF1002BW water filter is the replacement for 100 sq ft model HRF-100. Its 100 micron rating makes it ideal for use with ice and salt water softeners that require a large sediment filter.

The Honeywell R7000A1030 is a round carbon water and sediment filter with a 100 micron rating. It has a flow rate of 1.75 gpm and measures 2" in diameter by 6" long. This replacement water filter is designed to fit select models of S-Series Commercial air purifiers and HEPA vacuums manufactured by Honeywell.

Many older homes have galvanized pipes. Corrosion slowly eats the metal and over time zinc can leach into your water. The most common remedy is to install a three-inch water filter with a 100 micron screen under the sink, between the incoming water pipe and the rest of your plumbing.
