Fenwal DRY STEAM SPECIAL is a compact steam generator with direct steam nozzle. Steam generated reaches 350 degree in only 3 minutes in non-stop steaming in any application. DRY STEAM SPECIAL comes in two models; 35-655005-013, has one boiler & 35-655004-013, has 2 boilers (left hand cart).

The DRY STEAM SPECIAL is a basic UHT pasteurization process that uses the thermal energy of steam to uniformly, gently soften food products. The overall quality of the product remains excellent because the process is done at lower temperatures than conventional sterilization. There are five individual 3-gallon capacity tanks for heating up to 9 gallons of product that are designed with steam jackets on all four sides for thorough distribution and efficient energy use. The out shell features clips for easy stacking and lid design that offers easy following and cleaning. With optional controls it can be operated automatically or manually.
