The Venturis PVG-100 Power Venter is designed to maintain a constant temperature in your drain water heater while it operates on either natural or propane gas. This system includes an external 24-volt power supply with built-in thermal sensor and adjustable post purge feature. The pressure switch is designed to trigger the power venter to open at 80 PSI. SELF-CONTAINED PRESSURE SWITCH AND POST PURGE KIT INCLUDED WITH POWER VENTER.

Maintain negative pressure conditions within the wellbore during all phases of drilling operations. The POWER VENTER 24V GAS MOD II features a 12 VDC/70mA power supply and comes with purge switch controls, stop gauge control and gauges, pressure switch controls and gauges, and vent flow meter controls. It can be mounted on any standard flange using commonly available hardware.

FIELD CONTROLS PVG-100 POWER VENTER 24V GAS VENTER, 4" INLET APPLIANCE APPLICATION: This Pressure Control is designed to control downstream devices such as water heaters, pressure regulators and many other listed appliances. Also controls 3/8" I.D. CPVC and copper tubing.

The PVG-100 STANDARD GAS VENTER allows the operator to determine the gas pressure that is delivered to the equipment. A pressure switch installed in the gas inlet pipe, monitors flow and sounds an alarm when the desired gas flow is not met. This action can be used as a maintenance tool, to alert service personnel in facilities where routine controls are not available, or as a means of controlling excess flow when the equipment loads are light. The post purge feature of this valve purges the gas line of any residual air after shut off with a controlled venting of pressurized gas.

The Power Vent is a complete venting kit consisting of a 4", post-purge vent and field controls. This kit may be used to vent all types of gas, LP, natural or propane fired equipment; wood stoves; water heaters and furnaces are not recommended for natural gas, but may work with proper ventilation. Our patented design combines our industry leading 4" pressure switch with an internal 24V solenoid on a single DIN rail footprint. This replaces the need for two separate devices and takes up less electrical space saving cost of installation.
