The FHP100 replaces the standard 5 micron FILTER, HOT OIL-SHEET used on Pitco fryer models FB5, FALC and FWP models. It should be replaced every 12 months.

A hot oil filtration sheet is the most effective way to remove food particles from used fryer oil. The filter fits Pitco 100 hot oil transfer systems only. Part number PP11323.

The Pitco PP11323 oil filter comes with a 100 micron polyurethane foam element. With a 9/16" diameter and 3 1/2" height, the furnace filter fits certain models from American, Cadet, Clatronics, Dayton, Heat Controller, Johnson & Starley, Nordyne and Thermador. This furnace filter is also known by part numbers 000-106-297, 000-107-935, 400766, 406656 and 408088.

Remember to change your filter every 6 months for the best performance and food quality. This aluminum oil filter traps impurities in the oil so that they do not contaminate your perfect food. The 3/4" filter fits all Pitco fryers. Use with 100 mesh hot oil sheet to filter cooking oil to prevent fat from rising into the air fryer chamber & making a greasy mess.
